Our process
Whether you are planning a new build, or renovating an existing property, we'll visit you to familiarise ourselves with your home, discuss your requirements, talk about a few ideas, your budget and timescales.
Initial Consultation
We will take the time to understand you, your needs and your expectations. As part of our initial consultation, we will take you through our questionnaire, which will help determine the best solution for you.
Proposal
Once we've fully understood your requirements, we will then provide a quotation, detailing every aspect of your project and a detailed cost structure.
Design
The full system design will commence, after the receipt of the deposit payment, to produce a functional specification, layout drawings, wiring schematics and schedules.
Project Management
We will have an experienced project manager, who will co-ordinate every aspect of the project. The project manager will supervise the installation works on the site and will be able to resolve any issues that may come up. They will keep you informed on the progress throughout the project.
Installation
The cabling installation on the property will either be done by our skilled electrician, or your own skilled electrician, if so desired and our installation requirements can be met.
Once the plastering has been completed, we will terminate all the cables and attached the required terminals.
Equipment configuration, system programming and bench testing will all be carried out off-site. Once the wet works have been completed, all equipment will be installed on site, by our experienced engineers.
Commissioning
With the installation complete, we carry out the final testing and commissioning of the system on site.
Training and Support
We will take you through the entire system, showing you how everything works, against the agreed functional specification. You will also be provided with an easy to understand manual, detailing how your system operates. After you have become accustomed to using your new smart home, we will return to see if anything needs adjustment, based upon your preferences.
Maintenance
We offer various service contract levels, with varying response times. Each one designed to ensure you enjoy your new smart home at its best for years to come.
